1. Eligibility

• Open to individuals age 18 or older at time of entry.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Employees of Advanced Learning Academy LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible for prizes.
• One email identity per person per calendar day (America/New_York).

2. Promotion period

Each “Day” runs from 12:00:00 a.m. to 11:59:59 p.m. America/New_York unless the play page states otherwise. The Sponsor’s server clock controls all timing.

3. How to enter (no purchase necessary)

• Play the day’s World Crossword Tournament puzzle on a ParkerSyndication / WCT play page.
• Submit a complete correct grid through the official game client.
• Provide a valid email address for winner notification when prompted.
• The server records start and finish; client-only times are not accepted.

Playing free games does not require purchase of Real World Careers or any other product.

4. Winner selection (skill)

• Only fully correct, server-validated solves qualify.
• Among qualifiers for that Day, the winner is the eligible player with the fastest verified solve time.
• Submissions that appear impossible or fraudulent (including abnormally fast solves) may be reviewed and disqualified.
• Ties: earliest verified submit timestamp; if still tied, Sponsor may request a short skill-based tiebreaker or award duplicate digital access at Sponsor’s discretion.
• One (1) winner per Day unless a special promotion states otherwise.

5. Prize

House prize: One (1) access grant to Real World Careers Professional (retail value approximately $199 USD), including the deliverables described at realworldcareers.com at the time of award (typically: Professional-tier assessment access, scored report, expanded career matches, competence letter/credential tools, and job-tool access for the period stated on the product page — currently marketed as multi-year job-tool access, not a guaranteed job or placement into employment).

• No cash alternative unless required by law.
• Prize is non-transferable except at Sponsor’s discretion.
• Winner is responsible for any taxes.
• Sponsored third-party prizes, when offered, are fulfilled by the prize provider under their terms and will be described on that Day’s play page.

6. Notification and fulfillment

• Winner notified by email within 48 hours after Day close and review.
• Winner must respond within 7 days or forfeit.
• Digital Careers grants fulfilled within 14 days of winner confirmation (account access, coupon, or equivalent grant instructions).

7. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize allows Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, city/region, and prize description for winner announcements.

8. Privacy

Email addresses are used to administer the promotion and notify winners. Marketing messages, if any, will include unsubscribe. See Privacy Policy.

9. Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify entries that use bots, answer harvesting, multi-accounting, stolen emails, or any method that undermines fair play or server validation.

10. Limitation of liability / disputes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not liable for technical failures, network outages, or unauthorized intervention. Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Void where prohibited.
