Accessibility statement
For publisher diligence · Last updated July 23, 2026
Advanced Learning Academy LLC is committed to making ParkerSyndication usable by the widest possible audience, including people who rely on assistive technology. This statement describes our conformance target, our current status by surface, the limitations we are actively remediating, and how to reach us if you encounter a barrier.
1. Conformance target
- Our target standard is WCAG 2.2 Level AA for marketing pages, partner hubs, dashboards, and games.
- We treat accessibility as a release gate, not a one-time audit: keyboard operation, visible focus, zoom/reflow, color-independence, and assistive-technology labeling are checked as surfaces change.
- This statement reflects an honest, in-progress position. Where a surface does not yet fully meet the target, we say so below rather than claim conformance we cannot evidence.
2. Current status by surface
| Surface | Status | Notes |
| Marketing & legal pages | Substantially conforms | Semantic landmarks, keyboard navigation, visible focus, 200% zoom/reflow, contrast reviewed. |
| Partner hubs & wrappers | Substantially conforms | Labeled controls, keyboard paths, noindex on wrappers; ongoing screen-reader passes. |
| Established puzzle games (crosswords, sudoku, word search, trivia, Fast 'N Easy) | Partially conforms | Keyboard input, ARIA labels, high-contrast mode, reduced-motion support present; remaining gaps in live-region announcements. |
| Newer logic games (4 Connections, Make Sense, Think Outside the Box, Find 11, Mind Scale, Show Sum Speed, Fact or Fiction) | Remediation in progress | Keyboard operation and screen-reader announcements are being added; see limitations. |
3. Known limitations we are remediating
- Screen-reader coverage on some game engines is limited. Full non-visual play of every puzzle is not yet guaranteed; we are adding accessible names, roles, states, and live-region announcements for score, timer, errors, and completion.
- Timed games can present difficulty for some users. Where timing is not essential to the puzzle, we are adding pause/extend options and clearly explaining any unavoidable timing rule.
- Our target completion for bringing the newer logic games to the same standard as the established games is tracked internally with owner and retest dates and updated on this page as milestones land.
4. Accessibility features already available
- Keyboard operation and visible focus on marketing, legal, and hub surfaces.
- Respect for
prefers-reduced-motion and a high-contrast display mode in the shared game shell.
- Minimum 44 px touch targets and responsive reflow from 320 px to large desktop.
- Language metadata (
lang) and localized navigation for English, Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese.
5. Get help or report a barrier
If you use assistive technology and cannot complete a task, or you want an accessible alternative for any game, contact us and we will help and prioritize a fix:
- Email [email protected] with subject line Accessibility.
- Please include the page URL, the assistive technology and browser you use, and what you were trying to do.
- A real person replies within 24 hours (business days) and we will provide status and a remediation timeline for confirmed barriers.
6. Formal evaluation
A formal third-party evaluation and VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) are planned for enterprise procurement. Until one is published, this statement and a live walkthrough are available on request for reviewers.
