The Target

• Unlimited — a brand-new target and code every game.
• Daily Code — one target for the whole world today; a new one at midnight.
• Your five numbers must always sum exactly to that target.

Super-simple entry (use any way you like)

• Tap a square on the board (or the pills under it) to select it.
• Type digits on the keypad or keyboard — they go straight into that square.
• Change anytime — tap a filled square and type a new number over it.
• Clear one square — Del / Backspace, or the small X on a pill.
• Move around — left/right arrows, Tab / Shift+Tab, Prev/Next buttons, or the Next key.
• Submit — when all five sum to the target (Enter also works when the row is full).

Smart typing (1–40)

• Numbers 5–9 lock in after one digit and jump to the next square.
• Numbers 1–4 wait for a second digit when needed (10–40), then auto-advance.
• Press Next / Enter / Right to lock a single-digit number and move on.

Tile truths

• Green — right number, right place.
• Gold — in the code, wrong place.
• Gray — not in the code.

Score

• Guess 1–6 pays 600 / 500 / 400 / 300 / 200 / 100. Fail scores 0.
• Each hint costs 50 from that ceiling.
• Real World IQ: performance (0–100) × 2.0, plus speed bonus up to 20. Max 220.
