The grid fills itself square by square. Solved squares score nothing, and a solved puzzle does not count as your win — no celebration, no streak.
A new puzzle arrives every midnight Eastern. Solved days are inked in blue — fill the calendar.
Parker's Riddle
Copy Result places your share grid on the clipboard, ready to paste anywhere.
One fresh 13x13 crossword every day, with friendly clues and the occasional gentle twist. Tap a square and type. Tap the square again to switch between Across and Down, or tap any clue to jump to it. The arrows on the clue bar walk the puzzle clue by clue.
Stuck? The solve bar is always there: Solve Letter fills the selected square, Solve Word fills the selected word, and Solve Puzzle finishes everything. Solved squares score nothing — and a full Solve Puzzle ends the game without the celebration.
Missed a day? Open the Puzzle Archive and play any date you like. Solved days ink themselves blue on the calendar.
Every square you fill yourself is worth 1 point. The letters board follows the grid: erase a letter and it steps back. Squares filled by any Solve button never score.
The puzzle completes the moment every square is right. Finish it yourself — with or without Solve Letter and Solve Word — and you get the full celebration and your streak grows. Use Solve Puzzle and the day is marked solved, but there is no celebration and no streak credit.
Finish and you receive a Real World IQ score: your letters performance (0–100, with a small penalty per wrong entry) multiplied by 2.0, plus a speed bonus of up to 20 for beating par. The maximum is 220.
Three- and four-letter answers are the skeleton of a 13x13. Fill the ones you know cold, and the long answers start spelling themselves.
Stuck on a clue? Solve its crossings instead. Two or three placed letters turn an impossible clue into an obvious one.
A clue ending in ? is never literal. ''Short cut?'' is not about scissors — read it sideways.
One solved letter at a crowded intersection unlocks two entries at once. Solve where the traffic is.
Solve Letter and Solve Word keep your streak alive. Only Solve Puzzle skips the celebration — when in doubt, solve a word and keep going.
